With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Inderpreet Sanghera brings metabolic health, aesthetics and longevity together in one practice. She is a licensed medical doctor (MD), board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and certified by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

After years of serving veterans at the VA, she founded Lotus MD to put into practice her view of medicine as both science and artistry. Her approach rests on the belief that lasting confidence and vitality come from balance: nurturing internal wellness while delivering natural, timeless aesthetic results.

At Lotus MD, she has built more than a clinic. It is a place where evidence-based medicine and refined aesthetics come together to help patients look and feel their best.

Why Dr. Sanghera started Lotus MD

“For 18 years, I have practiced medicine, much of that time caring for veterans at the VA. That experience instilled in me both discipline and compassion, an understanding that health is deeply personal, and that healing requires both science and empathy. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for metabolic health and longevity: how nutrition, hormones, and lifestyle can shape not only the length of our lives, but the quality of them.

“Lotus MD is the merging of that philosophy with the artistry of aesthetics. I believe in natural, timeless results, enhancing what is already beautiful rather than changing who you are. Just as a lotus flower grows from still waters into something radiant, my goal is to guide patients through their own journey: supporting internal health while refining outward beauty.
